Wczoraj odwiedziła naszą szkołę studentka z Portugalii. Catarina to przemiła dziewczyna przebywająca w Krośnie w ramach programu Erasmus .
"My name is Catarina and I’m 20 years old. I am currently in Krosno doing Erasmus to expand my knowledge in my studies area. I come from Braga, a city placed in the north of Portugal – also close to Spain –, a very beautiful city filled with cultural events. As you may know, Portugal is a small country and 5 hours is enough for traveling from the north to the south of the country. Euro (€) is our currency and Lisbon is our capital. Lisbon is a city filled with historical monuments and very colorful. One interesting fact about Lisbon is that it has the longest bridge in Europe – the name is Vasco da Gama Bridge: named after one of our most famous navigators! Although we are not a very famous country, we have some personalities who puts us in the world’s eye: like Cristiano Ronaldo. Also, we are famous for our delicious food and our tasteful wine (Porto Wine)!
I am very thankful for the opportunity of speaking a little bit about the place that is my home and very pleased with all the hospitality. I truly hope to see you again!"
Bardzo dziękujemy za odwiedziny i mamy nadzieję, że się jeszcze zobaczymy.
